Ceres Rural is delighted to announce the recruitment of six new employees, expanding its specialist team. The new recruits are primed to provide practical solutions and independent advice to rural businesses, bringing new experience to the team at a time of great change for the farming industry.

Ben Bates, Robbie Brett, Holly Farr, Claire Motyczak, Beth Speakman, and Seb Young have all started within the last few months. Their recruitment ensures that the business is able to expand its offering to its clients providing specialist skills in relation to agroforestry, carbon accounting and biodiversity offsetting.

Managing Partner Richard Means commented “I can speak for all my colleagues when I say how excited we are to have these members join the team at such a pivotal time for the farming and rural community.

We are looking forward to helping them grow within the business whilst aiding us in ensuring that our clients’ objectives are met and their preparations crafted for the changes ahead.”

Robbie and Holly joined the Oxford team, whilst Beth, Ben and Claire are all based from Saffron Walden. Seb joined the growing Norwich team.

“Our dynamic and talented team is recognised for its impartial advice”, added Means, “I am excited to see the results of recruiting ambitious individuals who are keen to help clients seize opportunities”.
