Each quarter, we update you on industry news, topical issues, and safety alerts with the aim of supporting you in achieving best practice on your farm or estate.

This edition begins with a special article on fertiliser storage and notification, following lessons learned from the Highlands Farm explosion. It then looks at the hazards of, and best practice for, welding on farms and estates. It continues with commentary regarding electric gates safety, before offering guidance on the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations. To conclude this edition discusses health and safety considerations for vibration and dust.
