Based in the Midlands, this progressive farming operation manages a fully housed, robotically milked herd and works closely with a leading veterinary school and research partners. The farm is currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join its team across a number of full-time positions, as well as a fixed-term maternity cover role.

Current Vacancies

Herdsperson (Permanent)

This role involves supporting the day-to-day management and care of adult cows within a modern, robotically milked herd.

Working as part of the farm team, the successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining high standards of livestock care and ensuring the ongoing wellbeing of the herd within a technologically advanced dairy farming system.

Calf & Youngstock Rearer (Permanent)

The permanent Calf & Youngstock Rearer position focuses on raising calves and youngstock within a purpose-built rearing system.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering consistently high welfare standards and enjoys working closely with livestock to support their development and wellbeing.

Machinery Operator / General Farm Worker (Permanent)

This varied position combines machinery operation with general livestock and farm duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating machinery to carry out feeding routines using a tractor-driven diet feeder
  • Cleaning livestock buildings using a telehandler
  • Bedding livestock accommodation
  • Assisting with general farm duties
  • Undertaking some livestock-related tasks and animal interaction

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a practical, hands-on role within a modern dairy farming business.

Calf & Youngstock Rearer (Fixed-Term Contract)

A fixed-term opportunity is available to provide maternity leave cover within the calf and youngstock rearing team.

The successful candidate will support the continued delivery of high standards of care and welfare throughout the contract period while working within an established and supportive farming operation.
