Adrian Joynt

Adrian joined Ceres Rural in 2026 after 26 years as a Farm Manager in large scale businesses. His experience includes Dairy, Beef, Sheep and Combinable crops. He has been involved in the setting up and the management of Countryside Stewardship Schemes both Mid Tier and Higher Tier,  the SFI scheme and has extensive experience in grant applications including FETF, CSF, Capital Grants and local water company grants.

BASIS qualified, he has a keen interest in agronomy and believes that sustainable and profitable farming go hand in hand.

Adrian has been involved in promoting the industry as an AHDB Cereals & Oilseeds Monitor Farmer and has held roles in the NFU at County and Regional level.

Outside of work he enjoys watching sport, training and working his Cocker spaniels and running a small shoot.
