New Hinxhill Estate base will serve rural and property clients across Kent, Sussex and Surrey

Ceres Group has announced the opening of a new office at Hinxhill Estate, near Ashford, marking another significant milestone in the business’s continued growth and strengthening its presence across the South East.

The new location will support clients across Kent, Sussex and Surrey, providing access to the breadth of expertise available across both Ceres Rural and Ceres Property, Ceres Valuations, as well as Ceres Research. The office will be home to specialists in Land Consultancy and Farm Consultancy, providing expert advice to farmers, landowners and rural businesses

Clients will also benefit from access to Development & Planning and Farm Agency services – with the Ashford office team working closely with colleagues across the wider business to ensure a comprehensive offering tailored to the evolving needs of the rural and property sectors.

The new base reflects growing demand for Ceres’ services throughout the region and provides a strategically placed hub from which the business can further strengthen relationships with existing clients while supporting new opportunities across the South East.

Charlie Ireland, Managing Partner of Ceres Rural, said:

The opening of our Ashford office represents another exciting step forward for Ceres. We have seen increasing demand for our services across Kent, Sussex and Surrey, and establishing a permanent presence in the region allows us to work even more closely with our clients. The South East is home to some dynamic farming, landowning and rural business communities, and we look forward to continuing to support them with the practical, commercially focused advice that Ceres is known for.

Charlie Ireland | Managing Partner, Ceres Rural

Edward Rout, Partner at Ceres Property and lead for the Ashford office, added:

This is a significant moment for Ceres Group and a reflection of the confidence clients continue to place in our business. The Ashford office brings together expertise from across both Ceres Rural and Ceres Property, creating a strong platform from which we can support landowners, investors, developers and rural businesses throughout the South East. Hinxhill Estate provides an excellent base for our team, and we’re excited about the opportunities this expansion will create for both our clients and our people.

Edward Rout | Partner, Ceres Property

The opening of an office in Kent forms part of a broader period of positive growth for Ceres Group. The business continues to expand its geographical reach, service offering and specialist expertise, strengthening its ability to provide local knowledge backed by the resources and capabilities of a growing group.

While the Ashford office marks an important milestone, Ceres Group’s ambitions extend beyond this latest expansion. The business has set ambitious forecasts for continued growth over the coming years, with plans to invest across all its service areas, strengthen its team and increase its presence in key regions across the UK.
