More than 200 landowners, farmers, property and planning professionals gathered at Lamport Hall Estate this week in what Ceres Group has described as a strong vote of confidence in Northamptonshire’s rural economy and future growth prospects.

The event followed the opening of Ceres Group’s Northampton office earlier this year and brought together so many to celebrate investment in the region and the strength of Northamptonshire’s rural economy. Ceres opened its Northampton office in Sywell in March as part of its continued growth strategy, bringing together expertise across farming, land, property, planning and development.

Guests travelled from across Northamptonshire and the wider Midlands, reflecting both the strength of the local rural community and the importance of the county as a centre for agriculture, land management and property.

Sam Skinner, Partner at Ceres Group, said: “We were delighted to welcome so many people to Lamport Hall Estate. The turnout exceeded our expectations and reflects the strength, resilience and ambition of Northamptonshire’s rural community.”

“The county is home to a diverse range of successful farming, estate, land and property businesses, and it was fantastic to bring so many people together in one place.”

“Our decision to establish a permanent base in Northamptonshire was driven by our confidence in the region and our commitment to supporting landowners, businesses and communities across the county. The response to the event has only reinforced that confidence.”

The Northampton office serves clients throughout Northamptonshire, the Midlands and beyond, providing specialist advice across the farming, land, property, planning and development sectors.

The event demonstrated the value of local connections, collaboration and knowledge-sharing, while highlighting the important contribution the rural economy continues to make to Northamptonshire’s future prosperity.

Whether you’re managing a farm, estate, development opportunity or rural business, our Northampton team is here to help. To discuss your plans and how Ceres can support your objectives, get in touch with us today here.
