Tim Isaac Joins Ceres Rural’s Expanding Team

Ceres Rural, the independent rural consultancy launched earlier this year, continues to grow. The firm provides impartial advice to farmers and landowners across the south and east of England.

Bringing Expertise to Saffron Walden

Tim Isaac, formerly Knowledge Exchange Director at AHDB, has joined the team. Based at the Saffron Walden office, his role covers consultancy and project work.

After eight and a half years with AHDB and previously the CLA, Tim brings extensive experience. He will help develop progressive, innovative solutions to tackle the challenges and opportunities ahead.

Proven Industry Impact

Tim played a key role in creating AHDB’s Monitor Farm network and Farm Excellence platform. He has worked with the wider industry to share knowledge and generate ideas that drive real on-farm change.

Strengthening the Team at a Critical Time

The farming industry faces a pivotal moment, with the transition period already underway. Tim’s in-depth knowledge complements the expertise within the Ceres Rural team.

Looking Ahead

Speaking about his appointment, Tim said he was delighted to join Ceres Rural and eager to make an impact.
“The need for independent advice on rural business issues has never been greater,” he explained. “Joining a company that focuses on that and works with some of the most forward-looking businesses around is an exciting step.”

A Perfect Fit for Ceres Rural

Will Gemmill, Executive Partner at Ceres Rural, welcomed Tim’s appointment.
“Farmers and landowners face rapid change and mounting environmental and financial pressures,” he noted. “Important decisions are being made daily. Tim’s enthusiasm for delivering the advice that’s needed, combined with his experience, makes him the perfect fit for our specialist team.”
