Growing up on the family dairy farm in Warwickshire, marginal pence per litre figures have likely fuelled John’s interest in budgeting, investment appraisal, strategic planning and sustainable business. John went on to study Agriculture at the University of Nottingham, culminating in a research project appraising rotary parlour investment.
John has experience providing advice to a variety of agricultural businesses, crop production and livestock, including strategic advice, financial appraisal, farm management, public and private agri-environment schemes (inc. soil carbon), carbon audits and agronomy. He is also a Professional Member of the Institute of Agricultural Management and is BASIS qualified.
Outside of work, John can either be found watching rugby and cricket or planning the next holiday.
