Milly Drewett

Milly grew up in rural Somerset and pursued her love for the countryside into a 1st class degree in agriculture from the Royal Agricultural University in 2020. In this time, she used the holidays to gain experience working on livestock farms, as well as using her 6-month placement to work for a farming charity focussing on innovation and dissemination of knowledge, interacting with farmers across the country and consolidating her interest in agronomy, soil-crop relationships, and science-based farming.

Before joining Ceres, Milly spent time working for an agrochemical manufacturer, conducting trials and managing support processes including product sampling, health and safety, audits, upkeep of the chemical store, and the automation of stock taking through the development of new computer systems. Milly is BASIS qualified and looks forward to obtaining her FACTS and soil and water certificates in her associate role.

During her free time Milly loves to spend time in the great outdoors, walking with friends and family, riding, or in the winter playing Lacrosse for the team she co-founded in 2021.
