And should you decide to appoint Ceres Rural to complete and submit your SFI application on your behalf, the consultation fee will be deducted from your final application fee.

- The SFI consultation consists of a one-hour video meeting with a Ceres Rural adviser.
- The consultation fee is £250 + VAT, payable within 30 days the appointment.
- Consultations are intended to provide general guidance and recommendations based on the information available at the time of the meeting.
- Ceres Rural cannot guarantee eligibility for any SFI scheme, application approval, or the level of funding that may be awarded.
- Government schemes, application windows, eligibility criteria and funding availability remain subject to change and are outside Ceres Rural’s control.
- Any advice provided is based on the information supplied by the client and current scheme guidance available at the time of the consultation.
- If the client subsequently appoints Ceres Rural to prepare and submit their SFI application, the £250 + VAT consultation fee will be credited against the final application fee. This credit is available for applications instructed within 6 months of the consultation date.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will not be subject to charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may be charged in full.
