RobĀ specialises in managing and advising rural farms and estates in Health & Safety, the Basic Payment Scheme, Countryside Stewardship, the Sustainable Farming Incentive, and contract farming, having begun his career in the industry in 2009.

RobĀ holds an MSc with Distinction in Rural Estate Management from the Royal Agricultural College and a First Class Geography degree from Durham University. He is a BASIS and FACTS registered agronomist, NEBOSH qualified and a Technical Member of IOSH.

He was previously a National Council Member and Trustee of the Institute of Agricultural Management and Chair of the Mid Anglia branch of that organisation.

RobĀ enjoys rugby union (from the comfort of his armchair) and spending time in the Lake District, but is less of a fan of the slog north and south on the M6.
